We have a range of spaces available including clinics and workshop space, and a variety of therapeutic consulting rooms throughout the historic Manor House.

Whether you are simply looking for a registered business address to protect your home address and promote a professional image as an associate member of the collective, an annual one-day a week lease, or a full-time lease in one of our newest therapy rooms - or anything in between - we have probably got just what you need to help your wellness business to thrive.

With access to a dedicated customer base and a collective of like-minded colleagues, at Melton Wellness House, you get so much more than just a treatment room.

The House also has a shared kitchen for tenant use, staff and customer toilet facilities, a customer waiting area on the beautiful galleried landing, a cafe, an outdoor seating area and workshop/meeting space.

We don't ask for anything more than your lease price, with all bills inclusive and no commission to pay on what you earn.

Day rates and shorter term lets are also available.
